So, in addition to the Grants & Schemes listed on our First Home Buyers page, the following schemes are offered:

2% Single Parents Scheme – supporting eligible single parents and eligible single legal guardians of at least one dependent to buy a home sooner, with a deposit as little as 2%. No Income caps, no Waitlists and no LMI gets you into your own home sooner!

Help to Buy Scheme - A Federal Government Shared Equity scheme requiring a minimum of 2% deposit. The Government assists your purchase of a new or existing home with a contribution of funds towards the deposit.

Victorian Homebuyer Fund - Now closed to new participants since September 2025

Stamp Duty Concessions (VIC) - The Victorian State Revenue Office offers various rates of discounts on stamp duty payable for a number of purchasers. Eligible purchaser can be to First Home Buyers, Principle Place of Residence buyers, Off the Plan buyers, Pensioners and Concession Card holders, Young Farmers, Charity organizations and various Regional Commercial buyers.

Aboriginal Home Buyer Saver (NSW) – offers financial support for Aboriginal people whoh are ready to take the next step towards home ownership. The scheme consists of grants that eligible Aboriginal people can apply for to access a one-off financial boost for the purchase of a home

Victorian Homebuyer Fund (VIC) – Eligible Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander homebuyers can receive a contribution of up to 35% towards the purchase price of thier property, reducing their minimum required deposit to 3.5% and avoiding the need to pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance.

First Peoples Home Ownership Program - This program gives ready homebuyers a range of grants to help them buy their own home. You can also get access to assistance to navigate the pathways towards your housing goals. Available Grants:

Home Buyer Booster - $2,500 to assist with legal & admin costs

Land Transfer Helper - Up to $10,000 toward the land transfer duty.

Deposit Contribution - The scheme will match every dollar you contribute towards your deposit up to a maximum of $20,000.

New Builds - Provides an additional $5,000 of Deposit Contribution funding if you are building a new home or purchased a newly built home.
